Who we are.

Meet Kate

Hey hey! I’m Kate. I'm a digital marketing expert and founder of KW Marketing, a consultancy for start-ups to established brands.

My love for digital marketing comes from over a decade working for big lifestyle brands such as Mercedes-Benz, Aston Martin, BMW and Nintendo.

In 2017, I decided to go it alone and took a leap of faith to found KW Marketing. The plan was to go above and beyond the norm for my own clients and I haven’t looked back!

Meet Lucy

Hey, I'm Lucy! I joined the KW Marketing team in 2023. My roots are in traditional marketing; understanding the consumer, developing new products and devising award-winning marketing campaigns for household brands, including Boots, Absolut Vodka, Nespresso and even KFC!

Over the past six years, I have complemented this strategic skillset with a hands-on approach to digital marketing, working within small DTC companies to ensure their budgets are spent strategically and efficiently... and entrusted to the very smartest agencies (that's how I met Kate!).

Whilst we believe in a digital-first approach to marketing at KW Marketing, there is still a role for traditional media and my big brand experience enables us to go above and beyond for our clients.

Meet Laura

Hello, it’s Laura here! I started at KW Marketing in 2023 as Digital Account Manager. If you look up ‘social media addict’ in the dictionary - there’s a little picture of me there! As my background is in visual merchandising and digital marketing - social media content is where my expertise lies and where I THRIVE. I absolutely love curating feeds and helping brands and our clients on their journey to becoming social media savvy.

With this experience, I’m on hand to help our clients bridge the gap between digital and marketing. I’m here to help them and I absolutely adore working with our all-female team of experts.

When I’m not online - catch me out on a dog walk with my pups or shopping in town!

Meet Scarlett

Hiya, I’m Scarlett! I joined KW Marketing in 2022 as part of my internship in Digital Marketing and recently fully joined the team as an account executive!

Since graduating with my master's in marketing and digital strategy, I absolutely love to help clients reach their digital marketing goals through strategic action and insightful data.

Supporting the account team, I absolutely love working across our client base and all the different industries that our clients work in. There are always some golden nuggets of data to find to really help them and their business! No two days are the same and I absolutely love working with the team.
