Meet Holly, Client Services Director at KW Marketing

Over the past few years, KW Marketing has evolved from a small digital marketing agency into a growing team of specialists helping ambitious Food & Drink brands scale online. And as we continue to grow, so does the need for exceptional people to help lead that journey.
That’s why we’re incredibly excited to welcome Holly as our new Client Services Director! Holly joins us with over 16 years of marketing experience, having worked across both agency and client-side roles throughout her career. From digital marketing and strategy to client services and account management, she brings a wealth of commercial experience that will play a key role in supporting both our clients and our growing team.
Her appointment marks another exciting milestone for KW Marketing as we continue to invest in our people, strengthen our team and deliver an even better experience for the ambitious brands we work with. As with every new member of the team, we sat down with Holly to find out a little more about her, her career and, of course, what she’d take to a desert island. Ready? LET’S GO!
What’s your role at KW Marketing?
As Client Services Director, my role is all about ensuring our clients have the very best experience working with KW Marketing.
I’ll be working closely with both our clients and the team to keep projects running smoothly, identify opportunities for growth, and make sure we’re continually delivering exceptional results. Building strong relationships has always been my favourite part of marketing, so being able to support businesses as they grow is something I genuinely love.
What’s your favourite part of working at KW Marketing?
Picking just one is impossible! If I had to narrow it down, it would definitely be:
- The team: Everyone is so supportive and passionate about what they do.
- The clients: I absolutely LOVE working within the Food & Drink industry.
- The growth: I’ve joined at such an exciting time for the agency, and it’s brilliant to be part of the journey.
What was your background before joining KW Marketing?
I’ve spent over 16 years working across both agency and client-side marketing, building experience in digital marketing, strategy, account management and client services.
Most recently, I spent seven years as Client Director at Accord Marketing, helping businesses deliver strategic marketing campaigns and commercial growth. Before that, I worked at Equiniti Data, The Organic Agency and Riverford, giving me experience across a variety of sectors and marketing disciplines.
One thing has always remained the same throughout my career… I love working closely with clients and helping businesses succeed.
What is the number one marketing tool you can’t live without?
Monday.com! I’d never actually used it before joining KW Marketing and, if I’m honest, I found it a really strange way of working at first.
Fast forward a month and I genuinely don’t know how I ever worked without it. Everything is organised, visible and easy to manage. There is definitely no going back now!
Describe yourself in three words.
Driven. Honest. A doer!
What do you like to do outside work?
Walking my spaniels, reading a good thriller and enjoying a glass of wine in the sunshine are some of my favourite ways to switch off.
What is one brand you always look to for inspiration?
Fortnum & Mason. I absolutely LOVE everything about the brand. From the iconic turquoise colour to the incredible Food & Drink Hall, every visit feels like an experience.
Whenever I’m in London, I always have to stop by and stock up on tea, biscuits, chocolate, wine… well, pretty much everything!
And finally, if you were stranded on a desert island, what would be your three need-to-haves?
- Spotify (assuming there’s Wi-Fi!) I love music, and my playlists range from Frank Sinatra to The Chemical Brothers and everything in between.
- Snacks! I absolutely love Food & Drink – one of the many reasons I love working at KW Marketing – so load up the food! I’ll eat pretty much anything… apart from coriander.
- Suncream. I’m a bit of a skincare fanatic, and I’m incredibly careful in the sun. Those UV rays aren’t getting anywhere near me!
